Initially launched in the United Kingdom and the United States of America, the organisation has decided to diversify and expand internationally.

Responsibilities & costs associated with membership
Annual Fee
The Annual Fee for international members has been set at US$4,950 for 2022.
Three Yearly Visit
Schools will normally be visited once within a three year period by a designated consultant. This visit will be announced at short notice and no preparation for the visit is required. The purpose of the visit is build a deeper appreciation of the school and to verify that the institution meets the membership expectations and criteria.
The current visit fee is US$3,450. Expenses will be additional and charged in accordance with our current schedule.

What are the benefits of membership?

Tomalin Consulting have been tasked with guiding this enrolment expansion and, as such, they are your point fo contact for any questions in this regard.

We are also available for a zoom meeting should this be preferred. However, please be aware that time constraints mean that you may not be offered you desired slot. Thank you for your understanding with this.
We want to accept our membership offer. How should we proceed?
If you wish to take up the offer of membership please get in touch with us and we will initiate the next steps. They are as follows:

- Agreement of publicity and launch timeline.
- Data collection and content creation for your school's member profile page.
- Transfer of Membership Fees
- Delivery of official Membership Certification.
- Sharing of digital & physical marketing resources.
- Official launch.
What if we do not take up the offer within the time period?
In order to be able to manage the process effectively we have had to put a time limitation on your membership offer. This is set at 21 days and if we do not receive positive feedback from you within this period the offer will become null and void and we will move on to the next candidate school.
If your school is close to accepting a membership offer but for logistical reasons you need more time, an additional 7 days may be requested and granted.
In any scenario this offer will not be not extended further beyond the maximum of 28 days.
Where can we use your branding?
Branding can be used in accordance with the Membership Agreement that you will need to sign before becoming a member. To give you a quick idea of what you can do, you will be able to place our approved brand images in a wide range of digital and physical media products including your website, email footer, brochures and recruiting materials.
Digital branding must be updated to reflect the year that it covers and must be linked to your profile page on our website.
If the Membership Agreement is teminated by either party all references to membership in word or image must be removed for the school's materials within the agreed time frame.

What merchandise is available for members?
A broad selection of plaques (brass, glass plastic), signage and even clothing and stationary items are available to member schools at attractive prices.
Can we edit your logo or unlink the digital version?
The short answer is, 'No'. No images may be edited and all logos belonging to our organization must be linked to your profile page on our website.
Who is behind The World's Finest Schools?
11 years ago, The Finest Schools was set up by the Richter Foundation to promote schools they believe offer an exceptional educational experience to students in their care.
It is now an independent organization and after a decade of success, it has been decided that membership should become more inclusive and global in nature and so the current drive to internationalize the membership was launched.
What if we choose to discontinue membership?
Termination of membership is covered in the Membership Agreement. Currently, any school can terminate membership of The World's Finest Schools by informing the organization in writing of the intent to teminate 90 days prior to the renewal date. No reason needs to be given for the termination of the agreement.
The school will receive written confirmation of receipt.
The school will then be obliged to remove all references to membership (text and image) within the following 90 days. If this has occurred that the school will no longer be considered a member school. The school's profile, and any other references to the school's involvement with The World's Finest Schools, will be then removed and the relationship terminated.
Can you end a school's membership? If so, how?
Yes. We can cancel your membership in the same way that a school can by giving 90 days written notice to the end of a membership period. No reason needs to be given for the termination of the agreement.
The school will asked to provide a written confirmation of receipt of this termination notice.
After receiving the termination notice the school will then be obliged to remove all references to membership (text and image) within the following 90 days. The school's profile, and any other references to the school's involvement with The World's Finest Schools, will be then removed. The Membership Agreement with then not be renewed.
How are the visits organized?
Schools will normally be visited once within a three year period by a designated consultant. This visit will be announced at short notice (5 to 10 working days) and no preperation for the visit is required. The purpose of the visit is build a deeper appreciation of the school and to verify that the institution meets the membership expectations and criteria.
Are we guaranteed that there will only be a specific number of member schools going forwards?
No. However, it has been decided that membership changes will only be considered every 2 years. The next review window will be be 2023.
